1. Products are all 100% handmade .
2. All products are made only after orders have been confirmed.
3. No cancellation of orders once your request has been confirmed by us. (So please think twice before you confirmed with us).

What are 'cappings'?
Cappings is used to count the number of orders for that particular item. We will state how many cappings is needed in order for us to place the order to the supplier.
Some items requires cappings and we will not place the order to our supplier until the cappings have reached.
